2.1. Orders are confirmed only after contact with the client via phone, WhatsApp, or email.
2.2. Delivery within Baku is free of charge.
2.3. For areas outside Baku and international orders, delivery is charged based on the rates of the delivery service. International payments are processed through Wise.
2.4. Future payment options: We plan to introduce payment by bank card for all clients.
2.5. Order cancellation:

• Clients can cancel their order by writing to email or WhatsApp at least one day before the scheduled delivery or within 24 hours of placing a pre-order

3. Delivery and Returns

3.1. Delivery times are calculated based on the distance and communicated to the client during order confirmation.
3.2. International delivery is available, with costs and timeframes determined by the delivery service.
3.3. Return policy:

• Returns are available only for clients within Azerbaijan

• Items can only be returned within one day of delivery if the client provides proof of significant damage to the item

4. Intellectual Property

4.1. Images of products may only be distributed by:

• Employees of Art for Home

• Authors of the works

• Advertisers promoting Art for Home, provided they include a link to the original product

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1. Art for Home is not responsible for:

• Damage caused by the delivery service for orders outside Baku or international orders.

• Damage to items after they have been handed over to the client.

• The uninterrupted operation of the Website.

• The absence of errors, inaccuracies, or technical issues.
